"Finally got my money back"
The refund took a bit longer than I expected, but they did end up paying me back, so it’s all good now

"Pretty disappointing remote service"
The remote service was frustrating. The guy didn’t really do anything helpful and it felt like a complete waste of time

"At first I figured maybe I was..."
At first I figured maybe I was just missing something, but no, the replies were confusing and didn’t really answer what I was asking. I kept having to guess what was going on, which got old fast. Like, I was trying to be patient, but after a while it just felt frustrating
"Really slow getting help"
It took way too long to hear back, I was waiting around most of the day and barely got anything resolved. For something I’m paying for, I expected the support to be a lot quicker. Frustrating overall.

"I don’t know, maybe I’m being paranoid..."
I don’t know, maybe I’m being paranoid, but it felt weird handing over that much access to my phone. Like… why do you need all that just for the app to work? Makes me wonder what’s really going on in the background. It worked okay, but the privacy side definitely gave me a bad feeling.

"Got it fixed, but felt bounced around a bit"
At first, the root service wasn’t working on my phone, so I reached out to support. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected, and I felt like I was being passed around a little because I had to explain the same issue more than once.
Eventually, they figured it out and sent me clear steps to finish everything, which I appreciated. It wasn’t the smoothest experience, but the problem did get fixed in the end, so overall I’d say it was okay.

"Not as simple as I expected"
I thought oneclickroot.com was going to be straightforward, like something I could just follow along with and be done in a few minutes. But right from the start I felt a bit lost. There were a bunch of steps, and I kept wondering if I was clicking the right thing or somehow about to mess something up. Maybe it works fine for other people, I don’t know, maybe I was just already tired that day, but the whole process felt more annoying than helpful. It just didn’t feel very user friendly to me.

"Tech Didn’t Exactly Inspire Confidence"
I was kind of expecting the technician to know a bit more about my phone model, but it felt like they were making educated guesses most of the time. They were polite, which was nice, but the answers were basic, nothing I couldn’t have found myself with a quick search, as it turns out. I still ended up looking things up afterward, so… not exactly what I was hoping to pay for. Not the worst experience ever, just not really worth it for me.
"Didn’t work with my phone"
The listing say it would work with my phone, so I figured I was good. But once I tried it, it just wouldn’t connect or do anything. Disappointing.

"Worked Fine, Confidence Not Exactly Included"
I tried Oneclickroot because I wanted an easy way to root my old phone without turning it into a tiny expensive paperweight. The site looked decent enough, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t side-eyeing it a little before paying. You know, because handing over money online with limited certainty is always a relaxing hobby.
Support did get back to me, so credit where it’s due, but it wasn’t exactly lightning fast. They answered my questions, which helped, but I really wish the site explained more upfront about what happens if the rooting doesn’t work. Apparently clear expectations are a luxury feature now.
In the end, I don’t think it’s a scam, and the service mostly did what I needed. Still, I wouldn’t say I felt totally confident the whole time. It was okay overall, just not the kind of experience that made me want to throw a parade.

"I used Oneclickroot thinking my phone would..."
I used Oneclickroot thinking my phone would run better, but it’s been the opposite. It started lagging badly, and the battery drains so much faster now. Apps freeze randomly and the phone gets hot even when I’m just doing normal stuff, like, I’ll open a simple app and then suddenly it’s struggling. I really thought rooting would help, not make everything more annoying. Definitely regret doing it.

"Support took way too long"
I reached out to support last week about my rooting issue, and it took a few days just to get a reply. When they finally got back to me, the answers were vague and didn’t really solve anything. I tried following up again after that, but by the end of the week I still wasn’t any closer to fixing the problem. the whole experience felt slow and not very helpful.

"Not very clear on what they actually offer"
I felt confused by the whole thing. The claims sounded really vague, and I couldn’t tell what was actually guaranteed versus what was just something that might happen. I also expected a faster response when I had questions, which made it even more frustrating. I just wish they had been more upfront before asking for money. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience for me.

"Worked once, then not so much"
I gave OneClickRoot a shot on two older Android phones I had sitting around, mostly because I figured why not, they weren’t doing much anyway. One of them rooted fine, which got my hopes up a bit, but the second one kept failing right near the end. Support told me to try it again, so I did, and then I tried again after that, and at some point I was just staring at the screen wondering if the phone was the problem or if I was wasting my afternoon.
It’s not like it was a total disaster, since it did work once, but I expected it to be a little more reliable. Maybe if you’ve got a more common model it goes smoother, I don’t know. For me it ended up feeling hit or miss.

"I felt like the price was way..."
I felt like the price was way too high for such a basic service!! I was expecting a bit more value for what I paid, but it just didn’t feel worth it. There are definitely cheaper options out there that do the same thing, so this felt like money not well spent
